Smoking in the hotel

In connection with the requirements of Federal Law No. 15-FZ dated 02/23/2013 "On Protecting the health of citizens from the effects of ambient tobacco smoke and the consequences of tobacco consumption", we would like to remind all guests and guests that smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel!
Please observe this rule in all areas of the hotel, including hotel rooms, restaurant, bars, toilets and other public guest areas.The smoking area is located on the right side at the exit of the hotel.
By Guest’s smoking in unauthorized places, damage is caused to the Hotel, including the cost of special cleaning of the room to eliminate the smell of tobacco smoke, additional room cleaning, which is evaluated in 10,000 (ten thousand) rubles, VAT is not charged - for each detected smoking fact. The Guest reimburses the Hotel the damage no later than the day of departure from the Hotel.
Please note that payment of compensation does not exempt from liability to the competent authorities, who may be held administratively liable for smoking in public places.
