The Everest conference hall is on the second floor of the hotel. The area is 126 sq.m., with a capacity of up to 120 guests with seating "theater", up to 40 guests with seating "class" and up to 30 guests with U-shaped seating. Nearby there is a spacious lounge area where coffee breaks and buffets are served. Separate wardrobe, 2 toilets.
Room rental:
- starting at 3100* ₽/hour when renting from 1 to 3 hours;
- atarting at 2700* ₽/hour – when renting 4 hours and more.
Notebooks and pens are available for an additional fee.
Presentation and sound equipment rental (projector, screen, speakers, microphone, laptop):
- starting at 800* ₽/hour when renting from 1 to 3 hours;
- atarting at 500* ₽/hour – when renting 4 hours and more.
The hall is equipped with an air conditioning system and fresh air supply.
