Chef Ivan Honin, who has been the head chef of the FOUR restaurant for six years, will present you a unique tasting set created from exclusively local products. You can enjoy dishes of fresh fish, meat, game, vegetables and dairy products prepared using traditional Vyatka recipes.
Each dish in the Vyatka Dinner is a real little story telling about the identity and culture of our region. You will be able to get acquainted with the rich taste heritage of the Vyatka region, as well as learn interesting facts about its traditions and customs.

The Vyatka Dinner takes place every Thursday at 06:00 pm and 08:00 pm. The number of seats is limited. Advance booking is required.
