Gastronomic set Vyatka dinner
We invite you to a unique gastronomic "Vyatka Dinner" at the FOUR restaurant—a tasting set in which each course tells its own story about the flavors, traditions, and uniqueness of the Vyatka region.
Brand Chef Ivan Khonin has reimagined Vyatka cuisine and created a refreshing menu where local ingredients are revealed in unexpected combinations and modern cooking techniques. Sterlet and pike perch, wood grouse and elk lip, Istoben cucumber and Vyatka Parmesan, kvass and chaga—all of this forms the basis for dishes that convey the regional identity in a vibrant and modern way.
Each dish is a dialogue between Vyatka tradition and the chef's unique vision: recognizable childhood flavors reimagined, forgotten ingredients in an unexpected context, local stories on the plate.
FOUR's cozy interior and panoramic views of the city and pond create the atmosphere of an intimate culinary journey, perfect for a special evening with friends, family, or colleagues.
- 10 unique courses paired with Vyatka drinks
- Signature presentation by brand chef Ivan Khonin
- Stories about the concept of Vyatka cuisine and the history of each dish
- A compliment from the chef—the signature "Vyatka Squirrel" gingerbread filled with lingonberries, pine nuts, and boiled condensed milk
