Important information:

The Privilege Program applies to all Elements Hotels (Yekaterinburg, Perm, and Kirov). Discounts on accommodations are available only when booking on the hotel's official website, by phone, or at the hotel reception desk. The discount is valid only when booking at the official rate and cannot be combined with other discounts.
1 point = 1 ruble. Points can be used to redeem a stay at any hotel in the chain. Points can be used to pay for up to 99% of the service. Points can be used for two years from the date of accrual, after which they expire.
The membership card is linked to the guest's phone number and is cumulative. Upon reaching the next status, the guest receives a discount for the next level.
Each program member has a personal account where they can track their level and booking history.
Privileges are not available through travel agencies and companies, tour operators, online portals, and other online booking systems.
Loyalty card discounts and bonuses do not apply to group stays.
Room upgrades are subject to availability upon check-in.
Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and are provided on the day of check-in, subject to availability.
