Check-in documents.

For Russian citizens – an original, valid Russian passport or driver's license.
For foreign citizens – an original national passport and proof of stay in the Russian Federation (check-in is available at the hotel, and English-speaking staff are available).
For children under 14 – an original birth certificate. For children over 14 – a passport.
Children may only check into the hotel with their parents or legal guardians, provided they have written parental consent.
Original documents must be provided for each guest and valid.
Upon check-in, each guest must sign a registration card and consent to the processing of personal data.

Guest visits: permitted no earlier than check-out time and until 11:00 PM.

Quiet hours: observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Kirov Oblast law).

Reporting documents: provided in accordance with the law
