The Elbrus conference hall is located on the second floor of the hotel. The area is 31 sq.m., capacity for up to 30 guests with seating "Theater", up to 15 guests around a large table.
Coffee breaks are served in the meeting room itself, or in the nearby lounge area.
Room rental:
- starting at 2 600* ₽/hour when renting from 1 to 3 hours;
- atarting at 2 400* ₽/hour – when renting 4 hours and more.
Notebooks and pens are available for an additional fee.
Presentation and sound equipment rental (projector, screen, speakers, microphone, laptop):
- starting at 900* ₽/hour when renting from 1 to 3 hours;
- atarting at 600* ₽/hour – when renting 4 hours and more.
The hall is equipped with an air conditioning system and fresh air supply.
Location: 2nd floor of the hotel (stairs from the 1st floor or elevator).
Parking for event participants: Public parking is available next to the hotel. During the day, parking is also permitted on the right side of the road on Oktyabrsky Prospekt next to the hotel.
