Accommodation with pets

The hotels of the federal hotel chain Elements Hospitality are pet-friendly. You can take a four-legged friend with you on a trip, but there are a few simple rules:

• the pet must weigh up to 10 kg, height at the withers up to 40 cm;
• you must inform us that you will arrive with your pet in advance, before check-in. It is also necessary to provide information about the pet (breed, age, size, weight, scan of the veterinary passport and other special characteristics) by email: info.kirov@5eh.ru , by phone +7 8332 74 47 00 or in the booking comment;
• one pet can stay in one room;
• a veterinary passport with stamps of all necessary vaccinations is required.

When placing a Pet in the room, there is a surcharge (for additional room cleaning) of 3,000 ₽ for the entire period of stay for stays up to 3 days, 5,000 ₽ for stays from 3 days to 10 days.

The cost of accommodation from 10 nights is considered on an individual basis.

On the day of arrival, it is necessary to pay for the accommodation and an additional payment for the pet's accommodation, as well as make a security deposit of 5,000 ₽ as a guarantee of payment for possible damage caused by the Pet.
