Accommodation with pets

Elements Hotels are pet-friendly.

You can bring your four-legged friend on your trip, but there are a few simple rules:

• The pet must weigh up to 10 kg and be no taller than 40 cm at the withers.

• You must notify us in advance of your arrival with a pet, prior to check-in.

• Please provide information about your pet (breed, age, size, weight, scanned veterinary passport, and other special characteristics) by email to info.kirov@5eh.ru, by phone to +7 8332 74 47 00, or in the booking comments.

• One pet is allowed per room.

• A veterinary passport with all necessary vaccinations is required.

A surcharge of 3,500 rubles per stay applies for additional cleaning.
