Prices start from 300 ₽ The price for each item is indicated on the form located in your hotel room.

To drop off an item at the laundry, fill out the form in your room, place the item in a bag, and call reception.

Laundry Rules (Ironing and Washing and Ironing Services)

Regular Service: Orders received before 10:00 AM are returned the same day by 7:00 PM. After 10:00 AM, delivery is the next day by 10:00 AM.

Rush Order +50% (4-6 hours)

Dry Cleaning Rules

The hotel reserves the right to refuse certain items for processing (leather, fur, items with rhinestones, damaged items, etc.). The hotel does not guarantee the removal of old or stubborn stains. The hotel is not responsible for items and accessories left in or on returned items that are not an integral part of the item. The hotel is not responsible for damage to clothing and accessories due to insufficient fabric strength, poor composition or dye quality, manufacturing defects, age, or fading due to sun exposure, as well as

if the item does not contain care instructions or information about the composition of the item. The hotel's liability under any circumstances cannot exceed 10 times the cost of the services rendered. Claims regarding the quality of services rendered must be submitted within 24 hours. The cost of services will be added to your room bill. We care about the environment and use eco-friendly cleaning products that do not contain chlorine-based chemicals.
