- Salad with roasted pumpkin, persimmon, pomegranate and strachatella
Light yet hearty, this salad combines sweet and salty notes to create the perfect balance of flavours.
- Olivier with avocado, crab and shrimp
Modern interpretation of the classic salad, in which avocado perfectly harmonises with tender crab meat and prawns
- Baked mussels with dor-blue cheese on ciabatta bread crumbs
Mussels baked with flavourful dor bleu cheese will be the perfect addition to your evening.
- Creamy seafood bisque
