We are on the list of the 50 best hotels in Russia according to Forbes

Domestic tourism has been especially relevant lately. The choice of a hotel largely determines the quality of your stay and the impression of your trip. Forbes magazine has compiled a shortlist of hotels based on guest ratings and reviews, the frequency of bookings, and the location of hotels. The result is a list of 162 positions. To select the top 50, Forbes experts took into account:

- the maximum revenue per room, including additional services;

- the revenue of the hotel for 2021;

- occupancy rate of the hotel;

- the presence of international awards for the last 5 years.

According to the results, the Elements Kirov hotel scored 68 points out of 80 possible and took 5th place in the "Business Hotels" category. This category means that the hotel has the most suitable range of services for business travel. The Kirovsky Hotel is ranked next to hotels of international brands from Moscow, St. Petersburg and Tyumen.
