Gastronomic dinner on 28 November at FOUR restaurant

Don't miss the opportunity to take part in a gastronomic dinner from the talented brand-chef Ivan Khonin at FOUR Restaurant. On 28 November we invite you to an evening full of culinary discoveries! Sergey Lebedev, director of the first sommelier school in St. Petersburg and training manager of Simple, will talk about wine accompaniment.

On the menu of the evening:

- Sagudai of omul on black borodinsky bread with pickled pink onions and coconut under an amazing veil of mustard - an explosion of flavours on your table!

- Salad with roasted pumpkin and persimmon, complemented with pomegranate and strachatella. A bright and healthy dish with a great combination of textures and flavours.

- Seabass in curry sauce with venere rice, garnished with chopped capers and olives. This exotic treat will delight you with its spicy note and flavour.

- Veal prime rib in mulled yam sauce in three textures. Enjoy tender meat accompanied by a harmonious flavour!

- White chocolate mousse in a compote of mandarin and yuzu, under chocolate veloute. This dessert will be a perfect end to your dinner, leaving a sweet aftertaste.
