Gastronomic dinner from three chefs: Yekaterinburg, Kirov, Perm
August 28, 2025 at 19:00 chefs from different cities will unite to arrange an unforgettable gastronomic dinner with signature dishes and unexpected combinations.
We will show autumn novelties from the Elements Hotels chain, under the leadership of brand chef Ivan Khonin.
You will find a menu of 6 signature dishes, each of which is ideally combined with wine pairings from the Simple company.
We have prepared a special menu for you, full of bright flavors:
- Carpaccio of dry-cured duck with black wood mushrooms, marinated cherries and Jerusalem artichoke chips / Sparkling wine, Mittelrhein Crémant Baron de Rothberg, Germany
- Asian-style eggplant with creamy stracciatella and ciabatta croutons / Semi-dry white wine, Urban Riesling, Nick Weiss St. Urbans Hof, Germany
- Warm salad with baked pumpkin, blue cheese and caramelized plum / Dry pink wine, Zweigelt Rose, Nastl, Austria
- Sea bass fillet with spicy cauliflower with sea buckthorn sauce / Dry red wine, Point Blauer Zweigelt, Nigl, Austria
- Duck leg confit with buckwheat risotto, pumpkin ganache and jus sauce / Semi-dry red wine, UNA Pinot Noir, Golser Wein, Austria
