Lent has begun at FOUR Restaurant and we are pleased to offer our guests a varied Lenten menu!
Brand Chef Ivan Khonin has carefully selected the ingredients and developed special recipes
- Greek salad with Tofu cheese
- Broccoli and cauliflower salad with honey and pecans
- Salad with avocado, zucchini and tofu cheese
- Warm hummus with avocado
- Young potatoes roasted with wild mushrooms, onions and truffle oil
- Cream of mushroom soup with coconut foam
- Pumpkin cream soup with baked vegetables
- Baked pumpkin with Tofu cheese
- Black ravioli with broccoli cream and vegetable salad
- Grilled Iceberg with pepper sauce
- Assorted sorbets (cranberry-beet, kiwi-pear, carrot-buckthorn)
- Coconut panna cotta with strawberry puree
