Check in to our hotel using a QR code!

Dear guests! Now you can complete the check‑in process even faster and more conveniently — using the Digital ID in the MAX messenger. A paper passport is no longer required if you’re ready to use your smartphone.

How to check in in a couple of minutes

1. Open the “Digital ID” tab in MAX.

2. Select “Passport” and click “Present”.

3. Show our administrator the first QR code

4. Then show the second QR code to confirm the data.

That’s it! Your data will be automatically entered into the system, and the employee will verify it using the “Goskan” app. Registration is complete.

If you are with a child

For children under 14, you need the birth certificate details — they are saved in the “Family and Children” section in the same Digital ID. Teenagers aged 14 and over can check in using their own passport or Digital ID (if travelling without parents, written consent will be required).

How to get a Digital ID

It’s simple:

· You are 18 years old, have a Russian passport and a verified account on the “Gosuslugi” website.

· In the MAX app, go to “Profile” → “Digital ID” and follow the instructions: LINK. The process will take 1–2 minutes.

Choose a convenient way to check in — you can still use a paper passport. But with MAX, it’s faster, safer, and no queues.
